While most packages arrive on time, these factors may occasionally affect delivery schedules. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already shipped, please contact us at support@pibielectronics.com with the subject line "CANCEL."
Incorrect Address
If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please notify us immediately by replying to your order confirmation email with the correct information. We can make corrections within 24 hours.
Damaged Items
While we take precautions to protect items during shipping, occasionally, products may arrive damaged due to mishandling by the mail service. If this happens, please contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will promptly send a replacement free of charge.
Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items
If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any available items immediately and the remaining items as soon as they become available. If you receive only part of your order, rest assured that the rest will follow shortly.
